A Message from the President

posted: April 19, 2022

Dear CACE Members,

I hope you and your families are all safe and thriving as we see life starting to return to a new normal. The Clinical Association of California Endocrinologists (CACE) continues to forge ahead as a strong and independent entity, growing our online presence, advocacy, fellows career forum, and primary care symposia. Our 2022 PCP Hot Topics kicked off with a virtual program on March 26th, and we look forward to continuing the series by hosting two more programs in the fall in an in-person/hybrid format.  Additionally, we are currently putting together an online live thyroid cancer tumor board for our members and will send you details shortly.

Our Annual Meeting will be taking place at the family friendly Hilton Universal City on September 16 – 18, 2022. The Program Committee, chaired by Dr. Dianne Cheung, has created a meeting with an outstanding line up of speakers and topics. Both CME & MOC credits will be offered. Registration for this fabulous program will be opening May 1, 2022. We look forward to seeing you all there, and hope you will consider bringing your family to enjoy Universal Studios and City Walk.

Our membership portal on the CACE website recently opened to take on new membership. As a member, you will be kept at the cutting edge of your field. You will be sent regular updates, given access to informative educational events, provided with a membership directory to keep in touch with colleagues, and offered reduced registration fees for meetings and educational events. It is an excellent way to meet other people working in the same field and to help exchange knowledge and ideas. Please join us and receive $75 off your annual meeting registration fees!

As always, if there are any questions or concerns that arise, please feel free to reach out to me. My email address is: jane.weinreb@va.gov

All The best,

Jane
