Heartland-AACE 2020 Annual Meeting Cancelled

Dear Endocrine Community,

The Heartland Chapter of AACE has determined that, due to the rapidly changing circumstances around the COVID-19 virus, it is best to cancel this year's Annual Meeting, August 7 – 9, in Rogers, Arkansas. There will not be a virtual meeting in place of the in-person meeting.

While we are disappointed we will not be able to provide numerous educational opportunities, the health and safety of attendees, faculty, staff, and industry partners was paramount in our decision to cancel.

If you registered for the meeting, you will receive a refund to the card you paid with your registration fee. Please note it may take up to 60 days to process the refund.

The Embassy Suites NW Arkansas will automatically send out hotel cancellation notices and issue refunds for registered attendees who independently reserved a room for the annual meeting. Should you have any questions, you can contact the hotel directly at (479) 254-8400.

Preparations have already begun for next year's annual meeting, which will take place August 6 – 8, 2021.
