Registration Fees and Deadlines

Meeting registrations must be received by the TXEA Executive Office by August 31, 2023 to receive the discounted early registration rate. Registrations received after this date and before September 12, 2023 will be assessed the regular registration fee. Registrations received after September 12, 2023 and on-site registrations will be assessed the late registration fee.

Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy

Registration refund requests must be submitted in writing to the TXEA Office no later than two weeks before the meeting. All refund requests will be subject to a $20.00 processing fee. No refunds will be made after August 31, 2023.
